PHP mail () zazwyczaj nie pozwala na używanie zewnętrznego serwera SMTP i nie obsługuje uwierzytelniania SMTP – a jest to wymagane przez wiele serwerów pocztowych dzisiaj, m.in. nasze.

Aby połączyć się z naszym wychodzącym serwerem SMTP ze skryptu PHP za pomocą uwierzytelniania:

• rozpakuj i prześlij nas swój serwer darmowy pakiet o nazwie PHPMailer, który można pobrać tutaj
• skrypt create.php odnosi się do PHPMailerAutoload.php, zawartego we wspomnianym pakiecie
• skonfiguruj odpowiednio następujące ustawienia w swoim skrypcie

• host: mail.web-solutions.dk
• port: 465
• SMTPsecure: ssl
• SMTPAuth: true
• nazwa użytkownika: nazwa użytkownika poczty (pełny adres e-mail)
• hasło: twoje hasło pocztowe
